This AMP On-line Claims facility enables you to lodge either an AMP Home and Contents claim or an AMP Personal Motor Vehicle claim direct to the AMP Claims team or alternatively, to follow up an existing AMP claim to find out how it is progressing.

Simply click on the option that you require and then complete the on-line form and the information will be sent to the appropriate claims team. A copy of the information that you have submitted will also be sent to your nominated email address and to your AMP Adviser.
